Intellectual Property

Please note that all the presentation files, and some records /photos of speakers and sessions, will be made publicly available in this website after the Conference, in compliance with Eurofiling’s data protection policy.

What rights you have over your data

Personal Data is protected under the European regulation. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an e-mail to info@eurofiling.info. The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is the regulation protecting your privacy in the European Union (EU). How long we retain your data

Only if you send an e-mail or register for an event your data would eventually be retaining for the specific purposes of your message. No policy of automatic data erase or deletion is implemented. You would expressely ask for the cancellation of your data if you like.

Who we share your data with

Your data will be shared among the Organizing Committee only. Note your name would appear in the shared screen of virtual events and be hence visible by other participants, or in public in the event video records, on in your badge and nominative paper list for on-site attendees.

Please note specifically that the Eurofiling Foundation will provide each participant on-site with a name and affiliation badge as a courtesy when networking with colleagues. A list of participants’ names and affiliations will also be provided on paper at the conference venue, also as a courtesy to facilitate networking with colleagues.

Please note specifically that photos and/or videos will be taken at the Eurofiling Conference and can be shared on the Eurofiling website and/or Eurofiling social accounts.

Please inform us (info@eurofiling.info) in advance if you do not agree to your name being printed or your image being taken.

The press and media have never been invited to Eurofiling events.
